Mikey Tableman is a multi-hyphenate creator and advocate with a mission rooted in truth. A poet, speaker, author, producer and the founder of A Mind’s Pursuit — a nonprofit dedicated to reshaping how we approach mental health — Mikey draws from his own battles with ADHD, addiction, mania, and trauma to create art that resonates and disrupts. Leading by example Mikey speaks openly about his struggles, in various forums, publications and on furthers the conversation as he hosts his podcast “Chaos Controlled”.
His debut body of work, My Manic Maze, blurs the line between poetry and personal narrative — spanning both a book and a spoken word EP. Through this deeply introspective project, he gives voice to the internal chaos so many carry in silence. At the heart of it all is a commitment to authenticity, connection, and using creative expression as a force for social impact.
The real focus is on the journey — from breakdowns to breakthroughs, from silence to stage. Whether he’s performing, speaking, or building community, Mikey’s goal is clear: to make mental health conversations honest, human, and impossible to ignore.
